Old Manor Hospital site completed

Sinewave supported the Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group by installing three substations to power 500 new residential properties – apartments and housing schemes – in the south west of England, and have worked on the project for a number of years over various phases.

Our works included the 3 substations, associated LV cabling to power apartment blocks and houses as well as car charging points. We carried out our ICP works alongside EAN and SSE including multiple HV points of connection along a busy trunk road with these works taking place at night.

The site collectively had over 7km of LV cabling and an 150m off site HV cable run which allowing this site, significantly adding to Wiltshire assisted living community, to progress
