Promotion for 3 Team Members

Sinewave is delighted to have promoted three members of #TeamSinewave this month. As a values led people first business professional development is a fundamental part of the thinking of the leadership team.

The first is Jon Macey, who joined Sinewave in 2021 as Design Manager within our fast-growing design team. Jon joined the senior leadership team in late 2021 and since then has continued to demonstrate leadership ability as well as driving process improvement and delivery to the customer. In recognition of Jon’s hard work and commitment to the Design Team we are delighted to see him promoted to Head of Design.

Congratulations also go to Safa Kamar in our Design Team. Safa joined us straight from UWE as a Junior Designer but has shown not only capability and knowledge but also a willingness to help and be a great team player. Safa is promoted to a Design Engineer.

Our Project Management team has expanded rapidly in the last year to meet the growing needs of the business. Last summer, Mitch Hutchinson joined us as Junior Project Manager having completed an apprenticeship in project management in the civil service. During his time with us he has proven his Project Management skills on the delivery of key projects and his ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. We are delighted to announce that Mitch is now a fully fledged Project Manager.
