One of Sinewave's core values is #TeamSinewave and at every opportunity we try to look after our team and recognise it's thanks to them we have a position as a market leading ICP.
One of our investments in our team in 2020 was to recruit a People and Culture Manager who after only a few months in the role has helped us gain accreditation as a Living Wage Employer. It is our aim to exceed the commitments of this status but gaining it is a re-enforcement that we live by our values.
The journey of living up to our values doesn't stop here but we're proud of every step we take. We'll have more news soon on the other steps we're taking to give back to our team, local area and the broader community.
