Sinewave reaffirm commitment to mental health support

In 2020 Sinewave committed to having at least 10% of our workforce as qualified mental health first aiders.

At that stage we trained four members of #TeamSinewave.

Earlier in 2022 we opened our Training Academy and as the business has continued to grow it was natural to provide the next round of training in house.

We’re pleased to confirm Rachael, Nathan, Kat, Jordon and Tom all completed and passed, qualifying as mental health first aiders in August 2022.

This gives us the ability to support our team regardless of their department as the five operate across the business in business support, jointing, people and culture and civils teams.
