Promotion for three members of the team
Sinewave is delighted to have promoted three members of #TeamSinewave in the last few weeks. A key part of our leadership role is career planning for those in the business with a desire to progress.
The first is George Dent, known affectionally as 'Big D,' pictured above. George embodies what we think of when we say "#TeamSinewave." Originally joining us as a warehouse operative George moved into our project management team as a junior having expressed a desire to learn and develop. Having worked for 4 years in project management with clients like BP and InstaVolt George proved himself and has stepped into a Senior Project Managers role now with two project managers reporting to him.
Nathalia Schmidt is much newer to the company joining us only 6 months ago as an electrical estimator. Nathalia has demonstrated clear leadership ability, and also shown herself to be an excellent conduit between sales and estimation, also with an eye for detail. As our estimation team is grows 'Nat' was a clear candidate to lead the team.
Nathalia now leads our estimation team which continues to grow
Also congratulations go to David Burns in his appointment to Senior Estimator. David is instrumental in helping new estimators bed in on arrival and getting them up to speed with our systems. With remarkable patience and being totally unflappable David's move to a senior role will provide day to day support for newer members of the team as they arrive.
Sinewave would like to extend congratulations to all three, and wish them well in their new roles as leaders within the business.
